Sister Rosalia Cobey Award and Service Awards
In keeping with our Mission Effectiveness celebrations, planning is underway to hold the Sister Cobey Award and the Service Awards presentations during the first week of November. This coincides with November 6th which is the Feast Day of Jerome le Royer de la Dauversiere, Founder of the Religious Hospitallers of St. Joseph.
The lists for service awards will be circulated in the next few days. Please watch for them.
Nominations for the Sister Rosalia Cobey Award are now being accepted. Appended is the Nomination Form. Additional copies can be obtained from our Centre's intranet, Policy Manual,Administration section, policy number 4-a-98. Completed nominations should be signed by two employees and submitted to me in a clearly labeled, sealed envelope. For this year, the nomination period will close on Monday, 26 October 2009.
We are surrounded by Caring People Helping People. Every day, we witness acts of kindness and compassion. This is an opportunity to acknowledge our co-workers who give so much of themselves while caring for our residents. All employees are asked to kindly consider nominating a deserving co-worker.
